We are recognised as industry leaders when it comes to safety, pioneering first-class driver training and future skills development, as well as having some of the most advanced trucks and trailers on the roads.
We know safety cannot be delegated to our drivers alone. Instead, it is the collective responsibility of every person within Oxalis Logistics. This requires stringent leadership, which is why we have three dedicated SHEQ managers who together have more than 100 years of experience in safety management.
With strategic oversight provided by our Group Head of SHEQ, we ensure our operational teams have the latest safety guidance and support. We develop bespoke driver training programs and carry out regular internal and external audits for compliance, alongside reporting and monitoring safety trends within the business. The culture of excellence in safety and performance at Oxalis Logistics is central to our position as the main logistics provider to some of the largest gas, fuels and chemicals organisations in the world, for whom safety is equally important and non-negotiable. Because if we canʼt do something properly, we wonʼt do it at all.
