Tim Exner has worked in logistics since 2002 – a career that began with an Apprenticeship in Logistics – and has now been with our business since 2009 and progressed through different roles in fleet management, operational and contract management before becoming Managing Director for Oxalis Logistics in Germany. Leading a team of more than 700 drivers and staff, with 300 trucks at 36 locations, Tim is responsible for delivering a safe, efficient and effective service for our clients in the fuels, gas and bitumen sectors in Germany and the Czech Republic.

Steve Bachmann joined our business in 2018, progressing through a series of management positions before being appointed Managing Director in 2023. Steve now oversees our critical Bitumen operations in Germany and the Czech Republic, where he is responsible for managing nearly 90 drivers and trucks across both countries, as well as 70 drivers and vehicles in our heating oil operations in Germany.

Kevin Gedamke joined our business in 2022 and has held the position of Senior Operations Manager since 2024. In his role, Kevin oversees the nationwide heating oil and private customer business, as well as long-distance fuel station deliveries. He manages the driver workforce and is the key liaison for customers, ensuring efficient operations and high service standards across the business.

Hubert Hoffmann has worked in the mineral oil and gas logistics sector for more than 34 years, bringing extensive experience to his role at Oxalis Logistik DE. Since 2011, Hubert has served as the Senior Manager of Field Operations, overseeing operations across three key regions in Germany-Central, North and East. He is responsible for managing 18 locations, where he works closely with LTMs and drivers to ensure the continuous and reliable supply of mineral oil to our customers.

Niten Kalra began his career at Oxalis Logistik DE as a dispatcher, quickly gaining experience as a team leader in contract management. In January 2021, he was appointed Senior Manager Operations, where he continues to drive strategic operational decisions and contribute to the company’s success in the region.

Katharina Kling has been with our business since 2018 having served as Senior Manager of Controlling since 2021. In her role, Katharina manages accounting, controlling and freight invoicing for Oxalis Logistik DE, as well as being responsible for driving financial accuracy and strategic planning.

Daniel Pfeifer began his career at Oxalis Logistik DE in 2010 within the Fleet Management Department. After several years as a Team Leader, he progressed to the role of Senior Manager Fleet, where he is now responsible for overseeing all trucks and trailers across the continent, leading a team of five technicians who ensure seamless service and operations for our customers.

With a diverse and accomplished career behind him, Jan Rambow joined our business in 2023, bringing with him extensive industry expertise. Before transitioning to the logistics sector in 2014, Jan served as a platoon leader for over a decade, including two overseas deployments. His background in both military service and logistics management positions him to steer our field operations with precision and strong leadership.

Peter Reischl’s logistics career has come full circle, beginning at a filling station as a student and progressing into operational optimisation. Since 2021, Peter has led an experienced team across Huddersfield and Hamburg, focusing on improving project management for software implementation, while also harmonising systems and processes between the UK and Germany. Peter and his team are dedicated to making the daily work of our people easier by enhancing the use of technology and processes to meet our evolving business needs.

As Head of SHEQ, Thomas Stegemann is responsible for overseeing health and safety, environment and quality standards across Germany and the Czech Republic. With extensive experience in logistics management, Thomas has previously worked towards achieving compliance and operational excellence in Gas and Petroleum Logistics throughout the Nordic, Baltic and Southeast European regions. His background includes key positions in operations and account management, which have equipped him with the expertise needed to lead SHEQ initiatives and drive continuous improvement within our business.

Friedrich-Wilhelm started his logistics career in 1984 and since then has had several leading positions with experience in the storage and distribution of bulk and packed gas, bitumen, fuels and chemicals. His role as Managing Director saw him employing over 600 colleagues with a fleet of 340 trucks, operating across 48 bases. In his current role as Commercial Director for Oxalis Logistik DE, Friedrich-Wilhelm is responsible for the contractual and commercial relationships for gas and new energies logistics across continental Europe. He is focused on business development to support the company’s ongoing growth and success.
