Different service levels to suit your needs
At Oxalis Logistics, we always ensure that we work optimally for our clients. That’s why we have fine-tuned three different logistics service levels that can be tailored to each of our client’s individual needs.
Our Resource-only contracts include the provision of vehicles and drivers at a fixed unitary rate along with driver and fleet management, dispatch, industrial relations and support services. Stock, order management and scheduling functions are managed by the client.
Our Service Contracts include all of the elements of our Resource-only Contracts, along with the added benefit of delivery scheduling services and management. Stock at the individual delivery locations is managed by the client, who also provides all order receipts and generations which are then relayed to our team.
Our Full-service contracts include all of the benefits of our Resource-only and Service Contracts, with the addition of stock management, order receipts and generations, reconciliation and related IT infrastructure. Maximising our technological capabilities, we also offer the option to include a paperless order process, automatic reconciliation, real-time delivery confirmation, track and trace functionality and automatic uploading/downloading to the client database.
